Donald Trump sparks even more Twitter memes after his 19-second awkward handshake with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe
The bizarre encounter saw Trump pull Abe's hand back and forth, while proceeding to pat it several times
If Donald Trump isn't a fan of Twitter memes, he certainly isn't doing himself any favours - as this video of him shaking the Japanese Prime Minister's hand for 19 SECONDS proves.
The US president met with Shinzo Abe on Friday, who paid a visit to talk about the economy and the security of their countries, as well as being given a VIP tour of the White House.
But it was a handshake between the two world leaders which would become the highlight of the day, and be the spark of another series of hilarious Twitter memes.
During a photo op in the Oval Office, the Japanese media asked the two to shake hands - an uncomfortable looking encounter which lasted an incredible 19 seconds.

While the pair shook hands as the cameras snapped away, Trump pulled Abe's hand close, patted it several times and began to push his hand back and forwards.
When they finally completed the handshake, Trump pulled away and Abe made a regrettable facial expression.
"Strong hands," Trump said to Abe as the media left the room.

Despite the bizarre moment, Mr Able later praised Trump in a press conference, describing him as 'an excellent businessman'.
